Pre-launch privacy

This policy covers only the opening-announcement signup on The Ethical Nomad's pre-launch invitation.

With your permission, we store your email address, the time you subscribed, and a record of your consent. Only authorized administrators can read or export the subscriber list. It is never shown publicly.

Your email is used for the opening announcement you requested, not to create a Traveler account or assign a Traveler Number. No marketing emails are sent automatically from this form.

To protect the form against spam, we use a hidden bot-check field, a temporary form token, and a temporary request counter. The counter uses a hashed network address rather than storing your raw address and expires after one day.

Your subscription is retained for the opening announcement. When email delivery is configured, announcements must provide a way to unsubscribe. You may also ask The Ethical Nomad to remove your subscription.
